Cookie Policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies and tracks nothing.
Last updated 2 September 2026. This page describes what the site actually stores today, not what a site of this kind usually stores.
We do not use cookies
Not one. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no social embed and no third-party script of any kind. Your browser makes no request to any server other than ours while you use this site.
That is unusual enough to be worth saying plainly rather than burying in a table.
What the site does store
The site keeps three small items in your own browser's storage. They stay on your device, they are never sent to us, and none of them identifies you.
kalvaro-cookie-consent, in local storage- Records that you have made a choice about non-essential storage, so you are not asked again on every page. Only written if the choice is ever offered, which today it is not, because there is nothing non-essential to consent to. Persists until you clear it.
kalvaro-enquiry, in session storage- Holds your answers as you work through the Discuss My Project form, so a reload or a mistyped back button does not wipe what you have typed. Deleted the moment the enquiry is sent, and in any case when you close the tab.
kalvaro-partner-application, in session storage- The same thing for the Become a Partner application, which is long enough that losing it would be genuinely annoying. Deleted when the application is submitted, and when you close the tab.
All three are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, so under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations they do not require your consent. We are telling you about them anyway.
Why there is no consent banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking permission for analytics that do not exist would be a false statement about what this site does, so we do not show one.
If we ever add analytics, the banner will appear, the tag will load only after you accept, and Reject will carry exactly the same weight as Accept. This page will be updated to name the tool and list what it sets before any of that happens.
How to clear or block it
Session storage clears itself when you close the tab. To clear local storage, or to block storage from this site entirely, use your browser's settings:
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data.
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies, then See all site data and permissions.
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Blocking storage will not break the site. The only thing you lose is the draft-saving on the two forms, so a reload would clear what you had typed.
Server logs
Our host keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and to keep the service running. That is a server-side record rather than anything stored on your device, and it is covered in the privacy policy.
More information
The privacy policy covers everything else: what we collect through the forms, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.
