This decides which projects we would introduce you to, so choose only the services you genuinely deliver to a high standard.

Specialisms Anything you are known for: materials, styles, listed buildings, awkward sites. It helps us match you to the right projects rather than just any project.

Where do you work?

We check that a professional genuinely covers a project's postcode before making an introduction, so we need to know where you can realistically be on site.

Primary postcode Your base of operations, for example AB12 3CD. We use it to judge travel times, not to publish your address.

Counties and areas covered List the towns, cities and counties you cover, and any firm limits. Be specific, so we never send you a project you would have to decline.

Maximum travel distance Optional, but it saves everyone time if you have a firm limit.

Your credentials

This is the step we check most carefully, and it is what lets us stand confidently behind every introduction. We verify your insurance, including the expiry date, and accreditations against the issuing register.

Public liability insurer The insurer named on your certificate. We check the certificate against what you enter here.

Policy expiry date Cover must be current. We record this date and follow up with partners before cover lapses.

Insurance certificate Optional You do not need this to apply. If you have it to hand you can name it here, but we will ask you to email the certificate across either way, so have one where the insurer, cover level and expiry date are legible.

Accreditations and memberships Gas Safe, NICEIC, TrustMark, FMB, manufacturer approvals and similar. We verify these against the issuing register, not just the logo, so include registration numbers where you have them.

What happens now

A person reads your application in full. Nothing here is automated.
We verify what you have told us: business details against Companies House, accreditations against the issuing register, and your insurance and portfolio against the documents, which we will ask you to send by email.
If anything is unclear or missing, we email you rather than declining outright.
We reply with a decision, normally within five working days. If you are approved, we arrange a conversation to talk through how we work together, including commercial terms.

To be straightforward with you: applying does not guarantee acceptance. Places will be limited per service and per area, so we may have to decline good businesses where an area is already covered. If we decline, we will tell you plainly, and you are welcome to reapply later.
